Houston lawyer, Kristin Galik is the Founder and Principal of the Law Offices of Kristin M. Galik, P.C.  Kristin attended the University of Texas at San Antonio (“UTSA”) where she graduated summa cum laude with a B.B.A. in accounting.  After running a successful small, IT project-management, consulting firm in San Antonio, Texas, Kristin enrolled at the University of Houston Law Center. 

After completing law school, Kristin contracted with the prestigious Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins (“Coughlin Stoia”).  Kristin assisted in preparing for trial in the largest securities case in U.S. history: In re Enron Corporation Securities, Derivative & "ERISA" Litigation.  Kristin gained valuable experience in civil litigation matters.  In early 2008, Coughlin Stoia moved its Houston office back to San Diego, California. 

As well as Kristin’s legal experience, she has previous consulting experience for a large insurance/financial services company.  Kristin Galik successfully ran a project management firm that provided consulting support to a Fortune 500 Company.  Consulting support included, but was not limited to, identifying and developing business objectives, communicating the risk involved to executives, as well as,  facilitating all aspects of a five-year planning, budgeting and forecasting process within the information technology company. Kristin performed the financial analysis, management, project administration and the coordination and communication needs between all organizations and executive management.
